Property and Building Inspection Module 1 (Online)

This course meets the TREC qualifying or pre-licensing education requirements for the course Property and Building Inspection Module 1 (#39925) as part of both Professional and Real Estate education tracks for home inspectors.

This 40 Hour module covers topics that surround the following areas:

• Retaining wall construction materials, methods, defects, safety concerns and standards
• Grading and drainage systems, standards and defects and
• Vegetation standards, defects and safety concerns
