Establishing a consistent procedure for inspecting is key to overcoming distractions and maintaining quality control during an inspection. The objective of this course is to help home inspectors formulate and adopt a personalized routine based on best practices and personal preferences. Processes and procedures from both a macro and micro perspective will be reviewed, as well as how to navigate inspection variables such as weather, disconnected utilities, and onsite people and pets. Recommended tools, clothing, equipment, and safety protocol will also be covered.
