The objective of this course is to teach inspectors the routines of operating and inspecting each system in the Plumbing systems section of the TREC REI 7-6. Participants will learn the components of each system, TREC requirements, common deficiencies, observing in normal operation, suggestions for exceeding standards, related residential code, general limitations, and how to best communicate defects of the report.
