Course Objective:

The objective of this course is to teach inspectors the routines of operating and inspecting residential branch circuits, connected devices, and fixtures. Participants will learn best practices of observing the branch systems in normal modes of operation. The Inspectors will learn the common types and components, and proper installation. They will also gain competence in identifying common deficiencies and conditions for recommending further evaluation. Upon completion the inspectors should be equipped with the knowledge of how to perform a thorough and high-level branch circuits inspections according to TREC standards.
