  • a state-approved 70-hour pre-licensing course
  • 25 home inspections under the direct supervision of a licensed/certified home inspector. If home inspections were completed under the direct supervision of a licensed/certified home inspector, the License/Certified Home Inspector must certify the applicant’s experience.
  • Pass state exam
