Additional information for becoming a Home Inspector in Virginia
To secure your home inspector license in Virginia, you must complete the following steps:
- Applicant must be 18 years or older.
- Applicant must complete at least 70 hours of approved home inspector qualifying education.
- Applicant must possess General Liability insurance of no less than $250,000.
- Applicant must submit their application and pay the initial $80 application fee.
