Additional information for becoming a Home Inspector in Rhode Island

To become a licensed home inspector in New Hampshire, you must complete the following steps:
  1. Applicant must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  2.  
  3. Applicant must train as a licensed Associate Home Inspector for at least 1 year and conduct at least 100 inspections.
  4.  
  5. Applicant must possess General Liability insurance with at least $500,000 in the aggregate and $500,000 for general liability insurance.

  7. Applicant must submit their application with the initial $200 application fee.
