Super Inspector Training Academy – SITA, proctors for cheating attempts during online testing as. Video recordings are made of each exam session and stored in a cloud server.
At initial logon, students’ identities are verified by photo ID via an online proctoring staff.
Students must then perform a 360 degree camera sweep of their test taking environment to verify that their environment is clear of anything that may assist with their exam.
Once the exam has begun, the proctor will monitors students’ behaviors and actions during the examination and flags behaviors that are considered possible cheating. Example of questionable behaviors include, but are not limited to:
All flags are reviewed by SITA staff for verification and validation.
Once the tests are reviewed and deemed clear of academic dishonesty students will receive their exam grade and course completion certificate.
If an exam session is invalidated, students will be contacted directly for further inquiry and to set up exam retakes as necessary.
After logging into your Super Inspector Training Academy account and joining your proctored Zoom session, you will be asked to perform an identity verification check, along with an environment check. Once both are completed, you will be ready to select the option to proceed to your final exam.
During the exam, your actions and screen will be recorded by Zoom. Following the completion of your exam, these recordings will be transferred to SITA for subsequent review.
Again, the final exam is a CLOSED BOOK, CLOSED NOTE, AND SINGLE-BROWSER TEST.
Per TREC requirements, any exams taken without a proctor will not be accepted.
