The objective of this course is to teach inspectors the routines of inspecting and evaluating the roof structure and attic. Participants will learn the best practices of observing the structure in normal conditions. They will review the TREC SOP’s and relevant IRC Codes, learn common defects, and how to best communicate these defects with the client.
