KREC Realtor – Understanding Septic Systems, Water Wells, & Water Quality Inspections (Classroom/Zoom) – #E20243

The objective of this course is to enrich the understanding of real estate agents and broker with the types of private well systems, equipment components, and inspection protocols associated with a Kansas governed inspection. We will also cover the basics of Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems, the different types of systems, and proper system maintenance. In addition, an overview of the process for collecting and testing water quality samples. Participants will gain a greater understanding for leveraging the information and common deficiencies associated with private water wells for the benefit of clients and property owners.
