If the inspector has performed the inspection according to the required standards of practice for drains, wastes, and vents, then there is no lessor or greater liability.
The same can be said of sewer camera inspections. There is no added liability by performing a sewer camera inspection if the limitations and information are captured and communicated through the report and oral presentation at the time of the inspection.
