In this course, Asphalt Shingles (TREC #48098) inspectors will learn about the standards behind roof inspection and how to identify deficiencies in asphalt shingles. Inspectors will learn about the specifics of attic ventilation and will gain an understanding in how to determine hail damage during a home inspection. By the end of this course, inspectors will be able to demonstrate an understanding in what it means to exceed the expectations in a roof inspection and correctly identify deficiencies in asphalt shingles. This is a one-hour introductory course.
