To secure your home inspector license in Maryland, you must complete the following steps:
- Applicant must be a member of a national, non-profit home inspection association that requires 100-inspections for full membership
- Applicant must comply with the non-profit association’s code of conduct and education policy.
- Applicant must possess Errors & Omissions insurance, as well as General Omissions insurance.
- Errors and Omissions insurance must be a minimum of $100,00 per occurrence.
- General Liability insurance must be a minimum of $100,000 per occurrence.
- Errors and Omissions insurance must be a minimum of $100,00 per occurrence.
- General Liability insurance must be a minimum of $100,000 per occurrence.
