Additional information for becoming a Home Inspector in Pennsylvania

To secure your home inspector license in Maryland, you must complete the following steps:
  1. Applicant must be a member of a national, non-profit home inspection association that requires 100-inspections for full membership
  2.  

  3. Applicant must comply with the non-profit association’s code of conduct and education policy.
  4.  

  5. Applicant must possess Errors & Omissions insurance, as well as General Omissions insurance.

    2. Errors and Omissions insurance must be a minimum of $100,00 per occurrence.

    4. General Liability insurance must be a minimum of $100,000 per occurrence.
