Additional information for becoming a Home Inspector in Oregon

To become a licensed home inspector in Oregon, you must complete the following steps:
  1. Applicant must attain 20 points of approved Oregon Home Inspection Education Hours (60 hours of education).
  2.  
  3. Applicant must complete and pass the National Home Inspector Exam.
  4.  
  5. Applicant must submit the initial $150 application fee with their application.
  6.  
  7. Applicant must obtain their Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) license.
