Requirements for a Home Inspector License in Ohio

The requirements to get a Home Inspector License in Ohio are as follows:

• 80 hours of classroom or online pre-licensing education
• 40 hours of field experience or 10 parallel inspections
• the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE)
• Obtain General liability insurance ($100,000/$300,000 aggregate)
